Diplomatic Perspective Of China's Soft Power To Build Ideas

In the end of 1980s,the American academican Joseph Nye brought forward the theory of soft power.From then on,it has attracted more and more attention of academic and even politic circles around the world.No matter to China or to the whole world,and to the history,building China's soft power plays an important role in the reality.On the base of introducing the theory detailedly and evaluating the current condition of China's soft power,this paper will try to set out a systemic and maneuverable path of constructing China's soft power, and give some experience for the practice in the new age.Theoretically, the constructing elements of soft power comprise the hard strength,the soft strength and the policy of diplomacy. From the practice of China's soft power, China has explored the appliment of the soft power actively in recent years.As a result,it not only leaves the world an wonderful impression on China but also builds a comparatively friendly,peaceful and steady environment for China's economic development.At the same time,we should realise that our soft power is weaker than America and some Europe countries,and our problems are complicated and remarkble.The foundation stone is as follows:firstly, macroscopical programming is devoid;secondly,the subject of behavior is haploid;thirdly, the system and mechanism are distempered;finally,the experience of practice is not abundant.Established in main flaws and backside reasons about China's soft power development,this paper tries to outline the basic ideas of China's soft power.First of all, strategic programming--discusing and exploring the strategic ideas, strategic frame, strategic emphases of soft power's development entirely and by the numbers.Secondly,organization setting--because soft power comes down to economy,military affairs,diplomacy,culture and it is necessary to build a unitive authority institution to assume the important function of developing China's soft power.Thirdly,three important respects--taking part in the international institution and pay attention to advance the authority of molding,making efforts to perfect the system of cultural industries and enhancing the culture and external communication capabilities effectively, and building non-governmental organizations actively to carry out effectively non-governmental diplomacy.
