The city of China entered a rapid development stage after 1979. As the scarcity of land resources, the contradiction of urban land supply and demand is very prominent, the transformation of the way of villages in city or urban renewal, has caused great concern in the media and the masses, and foreign scholars and so on. Reconstruction of the Village is the city's economic development dictates, the process of its transformation relate to the interests of all groups in the game, and migrant groups should be fully considered. This paper attempts to analyze the down-type reconstruction of urban communities on land in the village, may bring social problems and negative impacts, and to predict the impact of the economic development in Kunming. The results showed that about 54.17% of migrant workers will choose to leave Kunming. We then used logistic regression analysis to analyze its motivation, used linear regression to predict the affect on economic development with population migration, the analysis results as follows: (1) Wages of migrant labors is a major factor in migration. (2) In Kunming, the length of work experience and distance effect on migrant labors in their decision-making behavior to move out of Kunming is little impact, but there is very significant urban integration of meaning. (3) Conditions on the rental of entertainment around the migrant workers and to determine if they move out of Kunming people have a very significant role; (4) The city's sense of belonging and urban integration, also affect migrant workers and their attitude toward migrating out of the city. (5) The impact for economic development with population Migration is far-reaching, population loss will damage the sustainability of economic.According to the theoretical study combined with evidence, the point of view of city's economic and social sustainable development, we put forward policy recommendations: (1) Changing the policy with the village people, concerned about migrant workers.
