Research On Innovative Social Governance System

The system of social management innovation research is our party put forward new ideas about social governance, making the party of the social development rule to recognize and grasp the further deepening, is one of the newest achievements of Marxism. Innovation of social management system designed to uphold the "people-oriented" core idea, realize the "freedom, equality, justice, rule of law" value goal, maintain the fundamental interests of most people, enhance the vitality of social development and improve the level of social governance.Since China’s reform and opening up policy, with the gradual development of urbanization and internationalization, our country economy has obtained the unprecedented good grades. But compared with the economic achievements, the development of social construction is lagging behind many. Especially, our country is in the special period of institutional transition and social transformation, with the change of social structure now, the acceleration of social mobility, differentiation restructuring, in the new period of social problems also gradually obvious. In the face of such as employment, education, pensions, housing and the income gap, a series of social problems and social contradictions, the disadvantages of traditional social management way also unceasingly highlighting and profound. How to innovate the social management system, complete the transition from the essence of the management to the management to cope with problems in the development of reality, is not only the premise of the overall development of China’s economy, society, but also to build a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious society and realize the great Renaissance of the Chinese dream precondition and important guarantee.This article topic selected as the "innovation of social management system research", is the starting point for the founding of new China, in the third plenary session of the 18 large and 18 of the social governance new concept as a guide, combined with the actual situation of today’s society and the problems in the development of society the system of social management innovation research.I have three chapters. At the same time, this paper discusses the advanced experience of western developed countries social governance approach and mode, to build the Chinese characteristic of the combination of top-down and bottom-up system of social governance mechanism and governance system of the enlightenment.
