A Study On The Dilemma Of Social Organizations' Participation In Social Governance

China,as the second largest economic entity which ranks only second to America,its social construction has been fall far behind its economic construction.The government,who plays the role of parents,controlled the administrative functions and powers in all aspects and “do everything”all the time.The social problems that the Internet of things era brings make the mode of social administration that applied in homogeneity social environment no longer suitable for today’s society.The theory of diversification of social governance is a social fact that has been put into practice and acknowledged widely in international society,and the formulation of ‘small‐government‐in‐a‐large‐society’ has been changed to the government behavior from one concept.Under the double pressure,the social organization,as the third party social force,has been put into historical stage,and takes the heavy responsibility of connecting the society and the government.But in China,the institutionalization environment that social organization lived by is not formed yet;The government makes a posture of getting social organization involved in social governance but its devolution of the power is inactive,and the self‐development of social organizations are still underway.And all these problems have g the development of social organization environment into predicament.This thesis aims to analyze the social organization’s dilemma and figure out the reason through the relavent investigations and the studies.And according to the investigation to explore the answer of ‘which social organization is the first participant to get into the field of social governance ?’on account of the actual situation in Heilongjiang province and conclude the question of “which filed of social governance could be involved by social organization?”.
