A Study On The Influence Of Institutional Environment On The Vigor Of Social Organizations

The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the goal of "improving social governance and stimulating the vitality of social organization" as the main content.To achieve the goal of social governance,we must inspire the vitality of social organizations and stimulate the vitality of social organization.surroundings.Public interest social organizations as an important part of the development of social organizations,to carry out institutional environment to improve the vitality of the development of public welfare research is an important manifestation of innovative social governance.This study uses the theory of governance theory,the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods to carry out the institutional environment on the impact of public welfare social organizations.Qualitative research method mainly uses the literature research method,the quantitative research method mainly uses the questionnaire investigation research method.This study takes the vitality of the public welfare society as the dependent variable,and operates it into social recognition degree,service initiative and resource acquisition ability.Institutional environment is the independent variable in this study,including macroeconomic environment,micro-institutional environment and institutional execution environment.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the variables by organizing the assets and organizing the number of employees as the control variables.Through the study,it is found that the institutional environment has a positive correlation with the vitality of the social organizations,that is,when the institutional environment of our country is better,the social identity of the public social organizations is higher;the better the institutional environment,the more positive the public service High;the better the institutional environment,the higher the ability of public welfare organizations to acquire resources.Based on the above theories and the development needs of the social organizations,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the social organizations with public interest.First,it correctly deals with the relationship between the government and the public social organizations.The second is to strengthen the credibility of public organizations;Third,pay attention to the public sector of the social organization of specialized personnel team building.
