This article selects the institutions trade supervision of law enforcement personnel as the research object. USES literature research, investigation, questionnaire and individual interview method, finally determine the improvement method of performance appraisal, from clear performance appraisal target.This paper introduced the concept of competence, combined with the competency elements, analyze the competence elements and the relationship between the performance indicators to build KPI evaluation indicators, to improve the performance appraisal process. The key work of this paper is to: 1) in this paper, the working characteristics of the trade regulators; 2) the inspection status description of trade regulators, and summarized the current problems existing in the evaluation, find out the cause of the problem; 3) according to the trade supervision personnel working characteristics, combined with post competency elements to determine the performance review KPI; 4) through the evaluation goal, evaluation environment, evaluation index, evaluation weights builds, establish long-term effective mechanism of effective performance appraisal. Hope that through the study of trade supervision personnel performance appraisal, can improve the status of performance appraisal in the institution of human resource management, strengthen the role of performance management in staff promotion and training.
