A Study On The Present Situation Of Migrant Workers' Moral Problems And Their Educational Countermeasures

With the deepening of the reform and opening, a new type of labor group appear peasant laborers during the process of urbanization of China, who work in different fields of economy, making great contributions to the booming and development of the cities, the country and national modernization. They have become the important dynamics of the fast economic development as well as social development. The urbanization of peasant laborers will lay a strong foundation for the China’s future urbanization. Therefore, we should make great efforts to solve the problem of the education of their flow children, especially the problem of morality of their children,which not only helps the children’s self-quality and keeps our society steady, but does good to the development of our national industrialization and urbanization.Started with the present moral situation of peasant laborers’ flow children, we attempt to summarize the main problems of the children in morality, such as the unclear Ethical Consciousness, twisted value sense, lack of psychological care, the cold moral feelings, the weak moral will, the bad behaviors, the delay of personality development, clear psychological problems and so on. In order to solve the problems above, we must find out the reasons. Based on the analysis,we draw a conclusion that the problems mainly result from the unsuitable national polices, the lack of family education, the non-aimed school moral education and the lack of cooperation of social moral education. The article focuses on how to improve the strategies to solve the problems of the children and put forward some related suggestions, such as to strengthen national system construction, perfect the family educational methods, improve the function of cultivating children from schools and cooperate with the powers from every corner of society.To strengthen the efficiency of education for peasant laborers’ flow children and cultivation their good morality, we must spare no efforts from the country, families, schools and society, making contributions to the industrialization and urbanization of our country.
