With the openness of our society and the development of economy,The construction of large-scale water conservancy and hydropower facilities makes so many benefits to the economy、transportation and electricity,which gets an important role in our country。However,with the construction of large-scale water conservancy and hydropower facilities,“Involuntary Resettlement” makes unprecedented problems to our country。How to solve the compensation of massive “Involuntary Migration” is not only a economic problem,but also a social problem。If we cannot solve it successfully,it may makes the unstable of our social。Firstly,I sums up the conception of migration which applied to this article on the basis of previous,and sort out the literature in this area。As a result of that,finding the entry points for this article。Secondly,on the basis of the conception of Migration,this article defines the conception of “The Compensation of Migration” detailedly。At the same time,this article defines and improves “physical capital”、“human capital”、“social capital”,and sums up the compensation of the capital。Thirdly,on the basis of model,with the examples of Yunnan province Honghe state Xiao Manti country,this article surveys the changes of “physical capital”、“human capital”、“social capital” from the past to present,and the satisfaction of migration。On the basis of the surveys,this article makes analysis。The last,combining the theory and practice,this article gets the suggestion and opinions about the compensation of migration resettlement。As a result of that,sharing the experience and lessons of Xiao Mandi country with others,to make a contribution for our country’s compensation of migration resettlement。...
