A Study On The Public Service And Management Of Floating Population Of Minority Nationalities In Beijing

There is a large amount of information and resources in Beijing, which is the capital of china. With the development of economy and the accelerating urbanization, large-scale population migrate into Beijing, which is still increasing year by year. Among the population migration, most of them has no household register, which is called floating population. The minority floating population is a special group among them.With the progress of the times, the population of the national minorities also began to came to the big city to seek a better life and development. National minority has played a positive role in the construction and development of Beijing and made our life more diversified. At the same time, some problem between them and the city come to show. The difference in language, culture and custom between them and other ethnic groups will make other nation difficult to understand them. The public service shortage for the city minority floating population become more and more obvious, which needs the government take the necessary measures.Public service is an important support to the development of human. After their arrival to the city, more public service and management is needed to help them integrate into the city. This paper uses a questionnaire related and random interviews to understand the basic situation of floating population of ethnic minorities in Beijing. At the base of great relevant information, minority floating population social integration difficulties is discussed in some aspects. Finally, effective research and solutions are offered according public service and management policy for the minority floating population.
