This paper uses the method of literature study,interview,taking the electric power industry as an example this paper discusses the current situation and problems of public sector绩效管理,and as the research object L electric电力公司绩效管理improvement measures are put forward.In the first part of the article,the author of the subject research situation at home and abroad were summarized,pointed out the research direction in this paper.In the second part,the author discusses the relationship with the government of the electric power industry,finding out the绩效管理work,the consistency and difference of the power industry and the public sector.The main problems of绩效管理in electric power industry,including a lack of attention to the performance appraisal management,the lack of perfect appraisal system and the technical level lag behind.In the third part,the article discusses the L electric电力公司绩效管理present situation and problems,study,L电力公司five problems of绩效管理.First,the company绩效管理culture has not formed.Second,the performance appraisal index and standard is not scientific,performance goal and the strategic goals of the company to be closer.Third,the performance evaluation procedures and methods is not perfect.Fourth,the scope of performance appraisal main body is relatively narrow.Fifth,performance appraisal cycle time interval is too long,easy to lose timeliness and performance evaluation of incentive and constraint mechanism.In the fourth part,the author of L电力公司绩效管理improvement measures are put forward.
