Since the end of the last century,China has entered the aging stage.Think of the rapid development of an aging population,China’s traditional pension service system faces enormous pressure, especially the absolute population base,and rapid aging, building personalized pension system more scientificly and diversely is particularly critical social services.In recent years, with the deepening of research and diverse social care service system in construction of ageing,"integrated care" has been the main content and characteristics of the medical support combined endowment model has become one of the emerging pension model,which medical structures a plurality of main pension pension institutions,families and other co-ordination combining resources for the elderly to provide comprehensive,three-dimensional,multi-level and sub-level of high-quality care and service.At present,China’s aging population at an alarming rate,and the socio-economic development of the country in the face of enormous pressures and challenges, which the medical pension plan also higher expectations.During the research for this article,the author for more scientific and comprehensive cognitive "integrated care" medical support combined pension model.Combined with healthy aging in theory, the theoretical capacity of the poor and on the basic theory of market failure,the use of gerontology relevant knowledge, market demography and population economics,business management.And the introduction of SWOT analysis method, the level of competitive advantage from interested parties,underdevelopment,development opportunities and potential threats and targeted micro study of "integrated care" medical support combined pension model.Finally, foreign pension policy documents to analyze, learn from foreign successful experience healthy aging, pension model for the new period,the development of the pension industry and retirement practical activities provide the appropriate research,propose constructive, feasible and professional suggestion.
