A Study On The Indicator System Of Social Development In Yunnan Province

In certain historical conditions, social development index system can reflect a country or a region the process of social development. The establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system that social development level in line with the actual situation in Yunnan Province, to evaluate the social development trend in Yunnan Province, and to monitor the development of the society is of great significance.The overall planning of the bridgehead, completing the process of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects, and Important speech of general secretary Xi Jinping in Yunnan. All from the target, direction of the social development in Yunnan province made a clear request. A grand blueprint for the social development of Yunnan province is described. According to the requirements of the social development of Yunnan Province in the background, construction of index system of the important basis and the basic principle, choice of economic development, social harmony, quality of life, ecological construction, cultural educational and technology five aspects of 25 statistical indicators composed of Yunnan Province social development comprehensive evaluation index system.The index system is studied from two aspects: subjective and objective. Using the analytic hierarchy process and factor analysis method, and comprehensive evaluation of the social development in Yunnan Province in 2005-2014. The results of the two evaluation methods show that the social development of Yunnan province has made progress year by year. 2011-2014 years of social development in Yunnan province and achieved greater results than before. Economic development, social harmony, quality of life, ecological construction, culture education and technology five class indexshowing an overall upward trend, indicating that Yunnan Province in the five aspects have made progress. But it is worth noting that there is a certain degree of regression in social harmony, 2014. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of factor analysis,social harmony index fell more obvious.Study on the index system of social development in Yunnan Province, not only can reflect the dynamic change of 2005-2014 Yunnan Province social development,and provide the reference for the government departments to make relevant decisions,but also provide reference for other provinces in the domestic status of social development research.
