In the context of the era of big data,the use of huge amounts of data has accelerated the transformation of government governance in China and improved the efficiency of government governance in China.The development of social security is no exception.In the important development stage of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,the construction of social security informatization in Yunnan Province faces both the difficulties of influx of insured personnel and the mismatch between demand and supply,but it also faces rare policies and development opportunities brought by big data.At present,the basic framework of social security informatization in Yunnan Province has been initially formed,and it can easily support the development of business among various departments and departments at all levels in the Yunnan Humane Society system,and gradually move toward new information sharing and information integration between departments.stage.Therefore,the author hopes that an assessment of the overall situation of social security informatization construction in Yunnan Province can be made by studying the indicator system of social security informatization in Yunnan Province.Find out its problems in the process of development,and combine with the actual situation of the construction of social security information in Yunnan Province,how to use big data to implement the construction of social security information in Yunnan province.Based on the above analysis,this study mainly achieved two goals: the first is to construct a social security informatization index system that can reflect the local characteristics of Yunnan Province,and to build the current level of social security informatization in Yunnan Province through the construction of index systems.An objective assessment is given;the second is based on the impact of various indicators in the field survey and evaluation results on the level of social security information in Yunnan Province,discovering deficiencies in construction and making corresponding recommendations.From the perspective of big data,the author constructs an index system for measuring the construction of social security information in Yunnan Province.The index system includes four dimensions: infrastructure,application services,regulatory standards,and information security.The author starts from these four dimensions.The three-tiered index system was finally constructed in accordance with the development of social security informatization in Yunnan Province.The Delphi method was used to score the importance of various indicators by experts,and empowered the various indicator systems.Then the indicator system was evaluated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.It was found that the overall level of social security information construction in Yunnan Province is 76.83.%,of which the highest level of infrastructure construction reached 83.05%,followed by application service construction reached 79.44%,but obviously insufficient in the construction of standard standards and information security,only reached 59.3% and 60.72%.In summary,the author finds that the existing problems in the construction of social security information in Yunnan Province are as follows: 1.The value of social security data is not fully utilized;2.The supply and demand of social security information management platform and technology application in Yunnan Province Disjointed;3.Insufficient sharing of data on social security informatization in Yunnan Province;4.Yunnan Province's social security information standardization standards and information security construction level need to be improved.Finally,the author gives corresponding suggestions based on the perspective of big data.
