The Index System Of Extendable Development For Longfeng Borough In Daqing City

From the industrial period, after dozens years of fast growth of economics, the defaults of old method totally emerged in 60s' in 20th century. The behavior of human beings had been avenged by nature. Environmental issue, food issue, population issue and energy issue have come into the agenda of governments and international organizations. The sustainable development issue has attached importance to all kinds of people.Daqing city is a typical resource city, which is the largest petroleum production base and a new industrial city developed by exploiting of petroleum. Longfeng borough is one of the three centers in Daqing. The great oil and petrochemical corporation—Daqing oil and petrochemical head factory located there, thus because of this it is an advantage to Longfeng. But with the decreasing oil reserves, it is more difficult to exploit, and oil pollution is more serious. Sustainable development becomes the only way for Longfeng.The main object of this article is to achieve the sustainable development of Longfeng borough. This system comprises five subsystems. We have researched on economics, environment, resource, society and population, and set up an index system. Then give some advices to the government.By compress analysis and factor analysis, for eventually the article chose 37 indexes and compressed them into 15,then abstracted four factors from it to describe the sustainable development level of Longfeng. Then the article compared the conditions of Longfeng for the last ten years and compared Longfeng with some other typical cities. It provides some ideas of development for Longfeng in the end.
