Research On The Management Evaluation Index System Of People's Supervisors In Yunnan Province

The People's Supervisor system is a crucial step in response to pushing ahead the judicial system reform,to ensuring the orderly participation of the people in judicial work and to accepting the important system of social supervision by The People's Procuratorate.As the executive branch of the reform of The People's Supervisor system,the ability to manage services and the level of business work of the administrative organs of the People's Supervisors of the judicial administrative organs,will directly affect the pace and process of deepening reform.Therefore,assessments of The People's Supervisor Management should be taken timely and effective,so that we can sum up management experience,find out management weaknesses,clear management direction and promote management level,which is very important.How to establish an effective and reasonable evaluation index system is worthy of studyFirstly,this study summarizes the current situation and problems of the management of Chinese People's Supervisors,points out the necessity of constructing the evaluation index system of the People's Supervisors,and put forward that the evaluation index system of the People's Supervisors can be constructed using analytic hierarchy process.Then,Based on the experience of similar system management assessment from home and abroad,a set of management evaluation index system of local People's Supervisors in Yunnan Province is constructed closely manage the responsibilities of the People's Supervisors in the judicial administration.On that basis,the analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey are used to assign weights to the index system.After that,taking the administrative department of the People's Supervisor of jurisdiction of the A city of Yunnan Province as an example,to analyze empirically the evaluation index system.Finally,find out the suggestion of perfecting the administration of the People's Supervisor of the judicial administrative organs of A city of Yunnan Province by using the evaluation index system...
