A Study On The Transformation Of Local Government Function In The Process Of Urban - Rural Integration

Integration of urban and rural construction is reflected in all aspects of urban and rural development, and its essence is a process of urban and rural resources allocation, which requires the fairness of urban and rural resources allocation. At present, the allocation of resources in our country is mainly borne by local governments at all levels, the development of urban and rural integration policy formulation and implementation is basically leaded by local governments at all levels. But in practice, the government function failure is still very serious, which leads to the poor effect of urban and rural resource allocation.
