A Study Of Ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of Rule Of Law

The Ideological and Political Education is the Party’s tradition,which plays an important role on China’s revolution and construction.The changes of internal and external circumstances make the development of Ideological and political education face new opportunities and challenges.It’s worth of our deep studying that how to update the concept of Ideological and political education and change the way in order to adapt to the development requirements of the times.With the advancement of law progress in our country, the legal thinking,as a new concept, is an important part of the new central collective leadership thinking methods of the party after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which fully expresses the requirements of the new times. Having a deep study of legal thinking is not only the only way to promote the national governance system and governance capacity,but also has a certain guiding significance for the Ideological and Political Education.Legal thinking, as one thinking method, includes thinking of good law, thinking of rights, thinking of the supremacy of the law and thinking of rules from the aspect of its specific contents.The thinking of good law requires creating good laws to achieve good governance,which tells us to pay more attention to the rationality of the contents of Ideological and political education;the thinking of rights is to limit power to protect the rights,which requires ideological and political education implement people-oriented thinking, and values the reasonable interest demands of the educate; The thinking of the supremacy of the law reflects that the judicial workers are loyal to law and adhere to the fairness and justice in the process of applicable law, which asks the educators of ideological and political to set up the value of their faith and fair treatment to every educate;the thinking of rules requires citizens to voluntarily abide by the rules resulting in getting a happy life, which is important to the ideological and political education to establish the regulation of education and cultivate the awareness of the rules of the educate.Therefore, the legal thinking has important theoretical and practical significance to the ideological and political education. Based on the inner relation between the legal thinking and the ideological and political education, this article is to pursue the value of the four dimensions under the rule of law thinking to ideological and political education and analyze the problems that includes the lack of rationality of Ideological and political education, the phenomenon of heavy duty and light power, the lack of value of the education of the faith and the lack of awareness of the educated and so on.This article also tries to explore the ideological and political education implementation strategy from four aspects:to pay attention to its rationality, that is formal rationality and essential rationality;to implement human philosophy of education and correctly handle the relationship between educators and the rights of educate,to guide the educators to set up the value belief of the ideological and political education and justice;to cultivate the educate’consciousness of the rule. From these four aspects,it can achieve the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political education and improving the development of ideological and political education.
