Energy diplomacy originated from the appearance of the petrol industry.With the importance of the petrol in the progress of the national economic development and foreign relations increasing,the energy diplomacy content and the extension is extending.Petrol diplomacyis the original expression of the energy diplomacy.Rockefeller said the state council of Washington had ever given the help.The diplomats assisted them into opening the path into the new markets,it means that the early development of the family Rockefeller is closely related to the diplomatic strategy,it also pushed the appearance of the early energy diplomacy.The strategic status began to become important during the First World War,the relation among the petrol,politics and war being more and more important.During the cold war,the America replaced the dominant status of the Britain in the Middle East. And then the politics fighting going with it.These things cannot exist without the strong diplomatic strategy.In terms of the Chinese conditions,in recent years, the dependence on the foreign countries for the Chinese petrol have been increasing,however,there still exists many challenges on the energy transporting passages and the cooperation among other countries,especially during the frame of “ONE BELT,ONE ROAD”,the energy diplomacy become more important.Energy diplomacy is an urgent issue currently,the energy price especially the oil price decreased have caused a series of problems.Therefore how to work collectively to stabilize the oil price is also a meaningful topic,the energy diplomacy should raise the national common concern.So it is a serious challenge for all the countries to guarantee the energy security and stabilize the energy price.It is an unshakable duty for china which has the huge need for the energy and now carrying the great strategy "ONE BELT,ONE ROAD".Now the problem remaining to be solved is that there is no systematic methods on the energy diplomacy.Therefore,the aim of this research is to arise the concern on China’s energy diplomacy,in addition,we can find out some new ways to deal with the current challenges on the energy diplomatic through the study of this essay.
