Civil service examination system is one of the core of public personnel administrative, is an important basis of the civil service system, and is also one of the key links in the implementation of the civil service system. Civil service examination is entrance examinations, proficiency examinations and comprehensive exam, the basic starting point is to achieve "test for use", justice and science are core values of the civil service recruitment system, and science is the lifeblood of the examination system. China’s civil service examination system has been gradually perfected after thirty years of development, now it is in the stage from the pursuit of fairness to the scientific development, namely that study is how to use scientific means selecting the most suitable candidate.For this paper, grading and classification as a starting point to enhance an effective way to promote scientific civil service examination. The first part explains the importance and necessity of the recruitment examination of civil servants classification theoretically. In the second part, elaborates the civil servant recruitment examination grading and classification of the origin and foundation from the two aspects of system and practice, and analysis the implementation situation and existing deficiencies such as grading is too simple classification is too sketchy, recruitment evaluation system lack of scientific, test subjects and content set the lack of professionalism. The third part, combing and summarizing the successful experience of Hongkong, Taiwan and foreign countries in the classification of civil service recruitment examination. The fourth part, combined with the actual situation, on the basis of comprehensive analysis, from the improvement of the classification test framework, improve the classification exam assessment system, improve the grade classification examination system, improve the classification test organization and management system in four aspects, and puts forward some constructive suggestions. Expect can through improvements in these areas, to improve the civil servant recruitment examination of the scientific goals, so as to realize the "person job matching", "fit the job" of the goal, to further enhance the credibility of the civil servant recruitment examination, promote stability of the administrative management system forward development, promote social harmony and stability.
