CPC-centered:Research On Integration In Rural Society

The second century goal requires the focus of the "three rural areas" to be shifted to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "we should strengthen and improve rural governance and accelerate the construction of a rural governance system led by Party organizations.To actively integrate into the social pattern of rural governance is an effective way to gather the synergy of rural revitalization.This paper takes the elements of rural social integration as the analysis framework,summarizes and analyzes the evolution process of rural social integration in history,specifically explains the connotation and subject of rural social integration,and innovatively explores the organic system of rural social integration.Guided by theoretical analysis,this paper takes Yaojiaji Street as a case to make an empirical study,and analyzes its basic situation,general situation of rural social integration,the effect of rural social integration and the blocking factors in detail.It is found that grass-roots party organizations have achieved certain results in rural social integration,and to some extent,grass-roots party organizations have played their role as party centers.However,the function of the integration subject needs to be strengthened.At present,there are still some factors that hinder the integration of rural society,such as the failure of mass expression,the loss and weakening of rural elites.Finally,aiming at these blocking factors,the optimization path of rural social integration is put forward,such as improving the effectiveness of farmers’ interest expression,strengthening the inner-party integration of grass-roots party organizations and awakening the vitality of excellent traditional culture.
