Tianjin Customs To Establish A New Model Of A Modern Customs System Countermeasures

China Customs, the censorship and management department ofour country, is in charge of promoting intemational trade andexchanging culture or technology. Its function include modifying thediscipline of import and export, developing the economic of ourcountry. With the development of economic and conditions ofentering WTO, the quanity of import and export wi1l become greater.Customs System is a magic weapon of improving the quality of tradebetween our enterprise and other couniry' s.Tianin Customs is important. In the April l998,Tianjin Customscdrries out an experiment of Modern-Customs-System, using the EDIsystem. Today, they can tackle more than 700 orders every day.However, in the process of running the system, there's a lot ofproblem that can be found. This article is in need of the situation.In this paper, I create new model of Tianin Customs EDISystem, and furthermore, according to the demand of iniemationalcustoms discipline, I am mainly analyzing the Law System, BusinessSystem and Personnel System, especially in the analysis of BusinessSystem, make the paper scientific and reasonable.
