Road Charges Adjusted

Based on the analysis of the problems in the adjustment oftoll in China and the similar studies, this paper points out thenecessity of rebuilding the system of adjustment. According to theprinciple of economics and the characteristics of toll-road, thispaper discusses the subject, the basis, the opportunity, the range,and the ways of adjustment with the methods of qualitativeanalysis and quantitative analysis, so that to establish the theoryframe of the adjustment of toll in China.
