B City Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau was established in July 2007,in order to determine the professional,scientific,fine law enforcement team for development.After eight years,the law enforcement team from the past 4 to 16 now,law enforcement projects increased from 16 in the past to the current 223,workers from the past more than 50 people to 300 people now,apparently in recent years the rapid expansion of the stage of development,the Law Enforcement Bureau of the demand in the development from single to diversified over the past,there has been a dramatic increase in the number of personnel needs,thus there is an imbalance in the total amount of human resources,unbalanced structure,lack of professional technology there is a serious shortage of talent,rich management experience of the professionals,it is difficult to meet the realization of the strategic objectives,which underscored the need for human resource planning.Based on the comprehensive law enforcement bureau of B city management human resources planning as the research object.The first review of theoretical and empirical research results at home and abroad.Then,on the analysis of the current situation of human resource management comprehensive law enforcement bureau of B City,puts forward some problems existing in the Law Enforcement Bureau in human resource management,and analysis of the existing comprehensive law enforcement bureau of B city management in human resource management problems in-depth,find out the crux of the problem.The prediction and analysis of human resources supply demand for human resources management comprehensive law enforcement bureau of B city after analyzed the balance of supply and demand of human resources and Law Enforcement Bureau,the key positions of the comprehensive law enforcement bureau of B city management staff can rely on internal supply to complete.Finally,according to the comprehensive law enforcement bureau of B city management human resources planning problems puts forward corresponding suggestions and Countermeasures the recruitment of human resources planning,including planning,staff training,key position talents reserve planning,performance management planning,employee occupation career planning and Law Enforcement Bureau compensation management plan.Of course these planning is only short-term planning law enforcement bureau of human resources.In to solve the problem of Human Resource Planning B urban management comprehensive law enforcement bureau at the same time and hope can be in the same industry and the same type of unit in solving similar problems in research methods and ideas to solve the problem aspects can provide reference.
