99 Poor Countryside In Southeastern Yunnan Type Study

China have large area and population, where natural conditions are very different. Poverty always puzzle economic development of China. There are many types of understanding and explanations. In western country, Study of poverty was begun in the end of 19thi century or the begining of 20tb century. Because of differnt national conditions, western scholar mainly concern with relative poverty and extensive poverty from which their theory come. Their viewpoints are various, involving many fields. Above all, poverty of China is poverty of region where natural conditions and regional factors are very bad. Secondly, Poverty of China also include structural and stratum poverty which are caused by Chinese system and social structure . Chinese scholars have a great deal of discussion about that.Southeast YunNan is one of 18 poor districts in China . 99 poor countryside here lies in Karst area, where is abound in high mountains and steep slopes, well-developed Karst area that bring about difficulty in forming of runoffs on the earth抯 surface, many mountains and few plains, lack of water which people and livestock have little water. Most of farmer live under poor line for long time. In addition, cultural poverty exists. Economy, Society, Culture, Education, Environment and Sanitation fall behind. Social development is low, Proportion of minority nationality is very large and quality of labor is very low. It is the most poor district of China. In this paper, we choose 99 poor urbans which get rid of poverty are very difficult. Firstly, we use Main-factor method to analysis, choosing 10 main factors from many variable, secondly, we choose Hierarchical Clustering Method which base on Factor Analysis to use further. According to similarity, we carry on Hierarchical Clustering to result in some results which can reflect difference of case.In This paper, we mainly use SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) software to analysis, Main-Factor ecology method is a high method of Multi-factor statistics. It is difficult to transfer the ecological environment and social sourrounding which is a systematic engineering whose components include politics, economy, culture, hygiene and population. To discuss the relation of all these causes and their function respectively and to know the internal distinction of all these poor countrysides. To avoid the subjectivity and unrestricted, meanwhile to explain the relationship of Objectives.In this paper, a Type-divided is got and the directions and methods of Anti-poverty is given, which provide a theoretical foundation for self-developing mechanism in Market Economy.
