| The chinese state ?owned enterprise became the dependence of political structure in the old system. The style of state ?directed enterprise show its fault after it showel its active effect. The method of detaiting the state ?owned from the enterprise ?owned rights, has changed rithts the political dependent status of enterprise after the reforn of 1978. Then the enterprise become the independent subject of marbet. But there appeared more problems. Such as the whole efficiency of state ?owned enterprises are not very good. The most important reason is that the method don?t slove the inner contracdiction of worker ?owned rights and state ?owred rights, but at the same time, the method is affated by this contra diction so we must try to solve the problem under the principal state ?owned and democracy. |
