The 21st century is a network economy age, the importance of e' conuuerce's affect to an enterprise's development has been widely acknowlodged Yet, e-courierce on the other hand, inevitably brings new problems and challenges to business management model, marketing strategy and development strategy. For example, people still feel confused about what a-commerce makes of, how to construct an e-coiwaerce strategy based on internet for normal enterprise. Especially, as the e-coimmerce enviroruient in our country is not completely built up, business e' commerce's priority developments, ways and objects are not quite clear. This paper is base on the e-counerce's strategic objects and presents its three area's structures including: providing chain management, customer relationship management, and strategic alliance. The paper provides the bottom to top and top to bottom ways, which fit the e-couinerce construction model of our county condition and enterprise situation. Believe in the condition of our country, e-coaviterce should expend from the B2B 6-commerce based on Extranet. The paper includes five chapters. Chapter 1: A brief introduction to current radical changing market environment which enterprises facing, point out that it is necessary for enterprise to seek a new development strategy and management model. Chapter 2: Analyze the relationship between 0-commerce and business management, point out the concept of a brand new business management creativity under the e-couberce strategy, present that internet strategy is the effective way which lead the enterprise to be adapted to new environment, and describe how to implement e-commerce. Chapter 3: Discuss in detail on the concept of enterprise e-coiunerce, composition and running process, from a strategic point of view present that supply chain management, customer relationship and strategic alliance are the three objects of an enterprise's e-commerce. Chapter 4: Present the e-coeunerce development four steps; suggest a general running procedure on how to develop e-comnerce in our country's current e-commerce environment. Chapter 5: Using the Dell Computer as an instance, describe the great importance e-counerce bring to enterprise in the network age; introduce in detail about how to implement and mange the e-comuerce.
