Today with globality and network development, all enterprises face challenges they never faced before. The market is changing frequently, the consumers' dominion becomes stronger, every field makes little profits. To survive in the high pressure of market competition, all enterprises are thinking of new methods to make profit. Those who adapt to the environment survive while those unadapted die. As an effective method to reduce cost and ensure more profits, Supplier Relationship Management drives more and more companies' attention. During development, many companies realize that the right positioning and handling of their relationship and alignment with the suppliers are important to strengthen their competition status.There are 4 chapters in this paper. Chapter I is introduction of theory of Supply Chain Management and Supplier Relationship Management. Chapter II is discussion of the complexity and the strategy for Supplier Relationship Management from the point of the interests between the company and her suppliers. Chapter III focuses on how to choose the right supplier partner to improve Supplier Relationship Management. The last chapter discusses how to strengthen Supply Chain Management and enhance competition advantages by improvement of Supply Chain Relationship.This paper provides reference to the managers in the field of Supplier Relationship Management.
