Analysis Of Contemporary Knowledge Management Concept

The change of resources, which are needed during the development of society, necessarily leads to the transformation of managing style. This article analyzes the idea of knowledge management under the conditions of knowledge economy. The analysis takes business and market society as primary background and regards the duality of managing essence as primary framework. On the technical aspect of knowledge management this article tries to expound: (1) The design of organizational system should base on the idea of organizational learning; (2) The above- mentioned idea can't transform the course of uneven knowledge development, which has emerged since modem times. Many things would account for that. On the social aspect of knowledge management this article tries to expound: (1) There are complex relations between capitalist and knowledge worker as human resource. Both have respective status in the structure of interests; (2) The difference of status is a reflection that human is restricted by many factors during special historical stage.
