In recent years, China’s socio-economic undertakings made astonished the world by leapsand bounds. However, in the face of the gratifying achievements, we should clearly recognizethat, on the road of building a harmonious society, there are many deep-seated problems to besolved can’t be ignored. In these problems, the "three rural" issues are very prominent. China’srural social security system lag, a serious impediment to China’s rural social and economicdevelopment, and affect social stability and all-round progress. Since the reform and opening up,in order to adapt to the changing situation, China’s rural social security system, carried out thereform and development, there is still much to be desired.
