The key competition between the enterprises is the competition of talent people in the market economy. Chinese economists have seemingly accepted the western theory of the capital and human capital. The human capital investment concerns the enterprises?fate. This paper starts from the concept of capital and the western human capital theory, together with the fact of Chinese socialistic market economy construction and traditional economy theory, studies and discusses the enterprises?human capital investment, bring forward an assumption to increase the yield rate of human capital investment.The whole paper can be divided into three parts. The first part analyses the concept of capital and points out that capital is the cost that can bring surplus in the socialistic market economy, and defines the human capital and the condition of transforming from labor power to human capital, then analyses the classification and content of the human capital, indicating that the moral character, credit standing, and social relationship, which have the characteristic of the human capital, are human capital as well as the knowledge, skill, and physical force. At last, this part explains the human capital investment, analyses the investor of the human capital investment, discusses the property right of the human capital.The second part studies the human capital investment from the point of enterprises?view. After analyzing the function and classification of enterprises?human capital investment, this part mainly studies the Becker抯 model concerning with the cost and yield of the enterprises?human capital investment, ponders it at the aspect of area, quality of the income and the circumstance of the model. Chapter 4 discusses the way to increase the yield rate of enterprises?human capital investment.The third part empirically studies the human capital investment of TANGRENSI-IEN GROUP. In addition to pointing out the limitation of the rational analyses and the selecting of the training content, this part summarizes the experience of recruiting, training and using talent people. This study approves the former theoretical analyses and improves the study of the human capital investment theory.
