Small Synthetic Ammonia Technical Transformation Strategy Study

The minor synthetic ammonia as the main composition of the chemical fertilizer in our country has made very important contribution to the agriculture and national economy, it is going into 21 century now in which the competition becomes sharper and sharper after more then 30 years developed. For meeting the new challenge and resetting the new glorious, the governments from center to local pay more attention to the development and existence of this profession and help them positive to overcome the facing difficulty. To avoid eliminated and win the competition, the enterprises of the profession racked their brains. The quickened technical reformation is one of the most important measures to achieve the goal. By the reformation, the enterprises can adjust the products structure and reduce production costs and then attend the competition calmly. In this article, we looked for the strengths, the weakness, the opportunities and the threats through the analysis about the professions s inside and outside surroundings. We point out the growth potentiality by analysis outside effective after attending WTO. We think the profession can live and develop except very few enterprises. Because there are different conditions, the develop speed is different every enterprise and the strategy is different too, so the technical reformation policy is different also. There is three kind of enterprise and technical reformation policy based on the above: First the enterprises that they have transferred their product from ammonium bicarbonate to urea and have been large scale should take reducing production costs and enlarging producing scale as the most important things when reformation; Second the enterprises that they have turned to compound fertilizer or produce above 60,000 tons ammonia every year should make products difference as the most important things when reformation; Third the enterprises that they output ammonia below 30,000 tons and the main product is ammonium bicarbonate should turn the product to other kind or be diversification as the main measure when reformation. In this article, we evaluated the three kinds of strategies and looked forward to the future of the profession last.
