In this article the author summarizes how to cultivate the enterprise's culture of its own and how to create the internal circumstance for this culture after analyzing the Learning-Type Organization existed in Taksan China Investment PTY. LTD. by referring to the Learning-Type Organization theory and its cultivating culture circumstance combining author's experience in the negotiations between Dongying Municipality and Taksan company for the investment project of building Dongying port berths.To build up the Learning-Type Organization in Taksan company which is hold in esteem by Peter M. Senge, the author regards that the enterprise should attach importance to the bring up of internal culture environment such as the idea Taking Human as Essential, Team Spirit, Bringing Forth New Idea etc. They also should keep "discipline"determination and confidence, carry out personal mastery" improve mental model, built shared vision, organize learning and system thinking as life long plan to adapt to and improve its external environment for the realization of aim of organization.
