State-owned Enterprises Decision-making Errors And Countermeasures

It has been witnessed that State-owned Enterprises are the pillar of national economy, which have obtained considerable progress since the Reform and Opening-up was put into operation. However, sorts of problems still exist. One of which is decision failure. From the viewpoint of management, this thesis discusses the problem relevant to decision failure within State-owned Enterprises as the currenL economic reality has been taken into account. Firstly, it is described the present situation of decision-making in State-owned Enterprises Secondly, it focuses on the analysis of main forms, serious consequences and main causes of decision failure existing in State-owned Enterprises in China. Finally, some constructive opinion advices are offered on how to reduce and avoid decision failure.
