Lin, Sichuan Province, Farmland Continued Operational Problems And Countermeasures

Converting the slopping agricultural land for forest and pasture is an ecological construction project, which take slopping land (the gradient is more than 250 ) out of agricultural purpose .It is a long-lasting, wide-range, complicated project, involving politics, economy, ecology, science and technology, which benefits descendant. Plantation on converted slopping agricultural land is a great deal of trees planted after moving out of cultivation and turning into forest in the future. It is different from artificial forest .Because it is under the special social background. The purpose of sustainable management of this plantation is not only obtaining wood, but also restoring vegetation cover, improving damaged ecological environment, promoting harmonious development of ecology, economy and society in Sichuan Province. Based on the theory of sustainable forest management and restoration ecosystem, this paper deeply analyzed several major problem, in the project of converting the slopping agricultural land for forest and pasture ,concerning lacking of scientific arrangement, seedling, capital, science and technology ,policy in Sichuan Province . And then it emphasized the influence, put forward a series of counter-measure, such as arranging scientific program, assuring seedling quality, widening investment channel, establishing the loan system, depending on science and technology, managing properly young stands.
