STUDY ON THE OPERATING SYSTEM OF THE AGRICULTURAL BANK OF CHINA BY Peng Xiaohong (College of Economy and Trade , Sichuan Agricultural University Ya抋n, Sichuan, China, 625014) ABSTRACT With the development of the reforming on economy & finance system, the Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) has great changes. Now, embryonic form of Commercial Band has been preliminarily shaped. But today抯 economy is knowledge economy. Bank business is getting more and more systematic, electronic, and global. Facing this situation, the problem of ABC is still showing: irrational operating system, more risk and less benefit, and lack of competitive ability. Under the situation of Westen Development and joining in WTO. how to reform and perfect ABC抯 operating system, strengthen its operating capacity, grasp the opportunity and meet challenge is the problem which needs us to solve in time. According to the objective requirement of today抯 international and domestic economy & finance development. This paper sums up the history and Current situation of the operating system of ABC. Then it analyses the drawback of operating system and management. Finally, some advice is given on reform of operating system and operating mechanism of ABC.
