Management Of Green

The State Department of China held a meeting on the great west development in January, 2000. During the meeting, It is put forward that the environmental protection is one of the basic objectives and the fulcrum of the great west development. The environmental protection should be much accounted of and the sustainable development strategies should be implemented in West China. Thus, we need to participate in and promote and strengthen the supervise and management of the environment.The environment of West China concerns the sustainable development of this area or even the whole nation. As for the great west development, the environmental protection should be the precondition of it. To develop the green economy, to study and implement the green management is in order to avoid the environment destroyed by unreasonable development. At this rate, that is likely to change the worsened environment in West China and build a nicer environment.Enterprise is the cell of economy system. The development of enterprise relates to the development of economy in an area directly. In China, about 70% of environmental pollution is industry pollution. Enterprise is becoming the main maker of environmental pollution. To develop West China, to protect environment, we should, from the macroscopical view, study the relationships of industry pollution and green management and economy development. From the microcosmic view, we should analyze the environmental behavior of enterprise. No matter macroscopical or microcosmic management, they are both for dealing with the relationships of enterprise and nature and society correctly. And also for sustainable development and avoiding the old development pattern which is "pollute before protect".The basic theories of this paper are Green Economics and Green Management. Combining the reality of West China, discuss about the green management and environmental protection in the development of industry in West China through analyzing the macroscopical and microcosmic management.
