On The Human Capital Investment In The Agricultural Industrialization In Northwest China

The basic experience and ways for the developed countries' agriculture development is the integrated management in it ,and it's also the realistic selection for the northwest of China to modernize its agriculture. However, agriculture integration is a new thing for China, and for the Northwest, there must be many difficulties in technology, capital, management and marketing, and so on, during the management.With the method of empirical analysis, this article analyses the objective necessity of the integrated management in agriculture for the Northwest. Then through the comparison of the disadvantageous effect resulted from the poor condition of the natural environment, capital and human resource quality respectively, the author believes that, for the Northwest, the most difficulty in its agriculture integration is not the poor natural condition or the lack of capital, but the semiliterate and illiterate people, who are lack of the knowledge of management and marketing, and conservative most of the time.At the basis of this, the article's further study on agriculture integration of the Northwest is just about the invest of human capital in it without considering the other things, such as the academic ground of it, the selection of the land institution, the organization and the avoiding of the venture during the management etc. Finally, it gives some concrete proposals to speed up the invest of human capital in the Northwest.
