On The Management Strategy Of Enterprise Virtualization And Virtual

With the rapid development of the economy and the new technology in which information technology is a core world are swiftly changing .The globalization of economy has put forward higher demand to us. With the pace towards WTO, the development of China's economy will be affected greatly. The advent of net economy also bring us many opportunity. In such condition, Chinese enterprises should seize the opportunity and go with the tide of economy development. We should study and practice virtual manage actively. In this thesis, I have first analyzed the economic environment of enterprise. Then I have posed the problem that faces the Chinese enterprises. By way of theory and practice analyze, I have advanced that the method to solve the problem is enterprise's virtualization. At last, I have discussed the tactics of the virtual management.
