| Under the operational environment of the violent competition and change, we all hope that the large enterprise can realize the sustainable development.After summarizing the achievement of research on theory of the firm, and investigating and studying some large enterprises which were founded one hundred years ago, this paper holds that the sustainable development is a reasonable system of property right and a pleased governance of contractual relation. And then, the large corporation must improve its core competence according the continuous changing operational environment. To realize the sustainable development, the large enterprise must set up an institution that is beneficial to learning and changing. It is very important for the large enterprise to form an enterprise culture that can adapt to the changing circumstance.The contribution of this paper is to raise a question of study or discussion and to make some suggestion on how to realize the sustainable development. |
