Enterprise collectivization is the result of the system innovation of enterprise organization. It provides a new angle of view to study the process of Chinese tourism group in the period of the transferring the planned economy to the market economy. The text sets demonstration cases of the six Chinese tourist groups as the basis of the study. It will analyze the framework of the operation, organization and property right horizontally , and the developing process of the Groups vertically in order to grasp the developing trend of past, present and future of the Chinese tourist enterprises.The text is divided into four parts. The first chapter is an introduction, which introduces the angle and the method of the study, and describes the changing process of the developing environment of the Chinese tourist groups. The second, the third and the fourth chapter are the second part. In this part, the author studies the system transformations of the tourist groups. From the three following aspects: the structure of product, the structure of organization and the structure of property right, the construct strategy is expounded, the shortcomings of the organization structure mentioning, and the transfer of property right of Chinese tourist groups revealing. The fifth chapter is the third part and the conclusive part. The fourth part is from the six chapter to the last, providing cases for study. Three conclusions are drawn in the thesis. The first is the validity of the government dominance when our tourist groups are developing at the present time. The second is that the it' s urgent task for Chinese tourism groups to set up scientificframework. The third is that it is still a useful way to introduce more economic corpus in the property structure of Chinese tourism groups .
