The development of trade has promoted the effective disposition of global resources and has accelerated economic development. But it also brings environment and ecological destruction unavoidably at the same time, aggravating the globalization of the environmental question. A large amount of regulations of environmental protection among the area increase day by day. A lot of countries in the world make the strict environmental protection policy and restrain the trade of the products of destroying ecological environment one after another too. The environmental factor is having a greater and greater impact on trade from numerous respects.
