Nowadays in the new situation of reform and opening, China is experiencing the serious enterprise employee lost from scale to form. Enterprises are challenged for lack of timely relative study.This article introduces various popular enterprise employee lost models in the world to summarize them and get the analytic tools such as the computation methods and the causes of the lost, and tries to use consume-lose and coordinate fields theory to describe and analyze this phenomenon systematically and normally so that we can build an effective methodology of enterprise employee lost diagnosing and administering to provide practical thought and method to considerate and solve relative problems for Chinese enterprises.In the end of last century, the concept of overall pay became popular in western developed countries, which established the solid basis for building and carrying out of such methodology. On this basis, we can enlarge our scope of enterprise employee lost controlling form a higher and new angle. Such control is not only simple quantity control, but also overall and dynamic disadvantageous enterprise employee lost administering in both quantity and quality, considering the characters and changes of all enterprise administrations and outside situations, helping to realize advantageous enterprise employee lost, and trying to adjust the outside variables to decreasing the bad effects of enterprise employee lost to the least. Only overall pay that combines monetary and non-monetary incentives together can take the great burden of systematizing of enterprise employee lost theories and realizing its effective control. Linking overall pay to consume-lose and coordinate fields theory, we can get even higher to managerial philosophy thought.
