Enterprise social work is the materialization of social work in enterprises. It weighs a lot in modern business management and enterprise development. It was introduced into Europe and North America as early as 1930s.Enterprise social work addresses on problems arising from inside and outside of enterprises, solving difficulties and crisis encountered by employees by employing ideas and methods of social work, coordinating conflicts of interests between enterprises and employees under the framework of co-existence. The target is to stimulate employee’s potential, enhance their self-adapting ability, promoting healthy relationship between employees and enterprises.There are three models of enterprise social work existing in Shenzhen:model of government purchasing social work; model of enterprise purchasing social work and model of trade union. During study internship in Shenzhen, the author participated in the practicing and application of all three models, and analyzed difficulties encountered by enterprises using value-neutral theory, thus developed the master thesis from these experiences.This article starts from the three models existing in Shenzhen, analyzing the three models using the value-neutral theory, presenting pros and cons of each model. Under the framework of comparative study, employing the value-neutral theory, using tool of interviews and observation, proposes the model of enterprise social work which creates win-win situation for both enterprises and their employees. This model is based on the idea of co-existence between enterprises and employees, exploring a new model which creates win-win relations under the context of building harmony enterprises.
