Learning organization, as a new management model presented recently, comes into being based on profound theory and era background. The reason mat it arouses great interests and recognition in science and enterprise circle is this model promotes learning capabilities that should be had and developed by enterprises surviving in changing environment. A lot of foreign corporations are changing actively to learning organization, and practices have proven that learning organization model truly made enterprises better conform environment and face competition. Many Chinese enterprises also begin to explore the path to creating learning organization. But totally say, the creating activities developed not enough in depth and extend, and many problems increasingly occurred.This thesis is aiming at the various problems in Chinese enterprises creating learning organization, and hopes to help Chinese enterprises creating learning organization by systematic discussing the theory that mass enterprises still not know or know unilaterally, in order to adapt to knowledge economy and globally competition.This thesis insists that Chinese enterprises lack the correct understanding of LO theory, which is one of the important obstacles of creating learning organization. So a model frame of learning organization is constructed in the thesis, and its composing parts are particularly expounded. Other three problems that Chinese enterprises may confront during the courses of creating leaning organization are also put forward, and thoughts and measures to settle the problems are advanced. The inevitability of LO arising and its meaning are discussing in part one . The second part of this thesis generalizes and analyses comprehensively the status quo and arising problems in creating LO of Chinese enterprises, and the third part brings forward models and measures to solve the problems. In the last part, advises are raised on creating learning organization in Sunward Co., Ltd. based on the prophase research of talking and questionnaire survey.
