The enterprise culture is the sum of common consciousness, value sense, career morality, behavior norm and criterion which is formed through social practice under some social economic conditions and followed by all members. It is a particular culture management model, with value as its core, formed during the development of an enterprise or an organization. The enterprise culture is the result of the combination of social culture and organization management practice, and it plays an important role in the management practice. With the development of the age, the enterprise culture is always renovating. The breeze of network economy brings a profound innovation to the economy, society and people's behavior manner and idea. This presentation discusses how to reform the enterprise culture under the condition of network economy. A combination of theoretic and practical research is used in the presentation. On one hand, we can grasp the connotation of the conception through theoretic analysis and then analyze reality by the aid of its model; on the other hand, we can study the facts of the enterprises in our country by means of on-line investigation, on the spot investigation and discussing with men of the enterprises and synthesizing the literature data.The presentation mainly analyses the essential connotation between enterprise culture and network economy, and creatively puts forward a commutative model on relationship between the enterprise culture and the behavior of the employee. It points out the directions of the development of the enterprise culture under the network economy and the emphasis of the enterprise culture under new economic condition, which is to advocate new ideas and ability in every aspect. It also discusses the relationship between the enterprise culture and trademark strategy, and the great effect of the trademark on impressing the enterprise culture. It is first to put forward the model of rebuilding the enterprise culture under the network economy. At the end of the presentation, the condition of Chinese enterprise, the culture condition of Chinese enterprise and the reformation of the enterprise culture that will be earned on in Chinese enterprises which are in the midst of the upsurge of network economy are also discussed.The main new ideas of the presentation are as follows:1. Put forward the commutative model on relationship between the enterprise culture and the employee; point out the main contents of the development of the enterprise culture under the network economy and the flow model of the rebuilding it.2. Discuss the form and contents of the future enterprise culture from the point of view ofnetwork economy, especially discussing the rebuilding of the enterprise culture according to the facts of China. It has great theoretic meaning and practical application value to the rebuilding of the enterprise culture in China.
