From 1990s the Commission agent System has appeared in China, which is multiplayer. Every layer has many interest groups, and every agent fellows after his maximum interest. So at the same time all the interest groups make the distribution channel confused, and the price war is the only result. Our market needs a new sales mode to break such confusion. Meanwhile, the domineering network economy was stricken, lots of network companies exist awkward, bankruptcy and merger is often their finale. No people have a good opinion of the network future. E-business and network maybe change our society and life marvelously, but how to use its potential is actually a very realistic problem.Some famous multinational corporations try e-supply chain management on the platform of e-business, which meets the needs of economic integration, high-tech development and demand instability, etc. E-supply chain management may solve the above-mentioned problem .It is a new kind of management, which makes full use of modern information technology. ESCM is an effective and transparent chain that interpenetrate the suppliers, manufacturers and distributors .The enterprises on the chain act synergistically, and each can find its best cooperation corporation in the shortest time and win the market by the lowest cost, the fastest speed and the best quality. Therefore a benign loop is set up. Such chain breaks the old situation of the commission agent system and finds a solution of e-business. The article begins from this issue, and analyses above-mentioned problems and views. It surveys the ESCM superiorities and features from the angle of preview.The main body of the article is the aggregate planning of ESCM.lt is from the beginning to the ending, up to ten steps. In every step the article submits corresponding method and countermeasure.According to the principal that theory connects with practice, the article try to analyze two classic cases .one is the multinational corporation-dell, which direction mode embodies the outstanding advantages of ESCM. The other is our local corporation-heir, whose mode is another form.The last part of the article is summary, that is the prospect of ESCM in China .It is from the present situation of ESCM in China, then analyzes all kinds of inhibit factors in ESCM development .At the end the article brings forward corresponding measures to the inhibit factors.
