Shenzhen Futian District, Water Environmental Sustainability Factor Analysis And Management Strategies

"Factor Analysis and Policy Research on the Regional Sustainable Development of Water Environment" is chosen as my research subject. This paper researches the sustainable development of population, resource, environment, economics and society.Firstly, a brief historical review about researches of sustainable development, analyses the background of the times for the idea result of sustainable development. We forward two kinds of types for assessment of sustainable development at home and abroad -currency assessment modes and non- currency assessment modes are summarized, the assessment indicators and system of indicator are estimated to sustainable development in this paper. And we propose a model of the TCR quantitative assessment of the sustainable development. Using the model, the present situation of Shenzhen Futian district water environment sustainable development is assessed. As first special economy zone of our country, though Shenzhen Futian district economics development well in recent years, but the present situation of water environment has a weak- sustainable development.In the paper, we try to understand which factors are most related with the sustainable development of water environment. By statistic analysis, we find out the key factors which affect the water quality, the required and supplied quantity of the water resource. Based on the experiences and cases water environment management in foreign countries, some instructive policy and measure is proposed here to lead to the sustainable development of water resource. Mainly there are two kinds of environmental management measures: one kind is based on the governmental regulation and the other is market based (or economic). We analysis their advantages and shortcomings and debate their feasibility in China. In the end, we give some advice on the water environmental management in China.
