Adapt To The Military Aircraft Of The Market Economy Environment, The Establishment Of The Foreign Trade System And Mode Of Operation

Military products export is a very sensitive work,which involves in the national foreign policy and international obligations that we undertake. Further more,it is directly related to national economical interests and safety interests. Compared with those big powers,China's military products export work started quite late. As far as aviation industry is concerned,military aircraft export trade began with military aid,and then gradually developed to military products trade. The function of military aircraft export trade is gradually changed from servicing the national political purpose to servicing the national economical construction. This essay tried to explore/discuss the reform of our military aircraft export system and its operating model to make it matchable with the market economy environment so that military products manufacturers can exercise their maximum comparative advantages to make maximum possible economical benefits.In accordance with the basic principles of market economy and making use of comparative advantage analysis principle as analyzing tool,this essay made a brief introduction and analysis on foreign military products export systems and their policies/measures. Major attention was given to the analysis comparison of the current situation and problems encountered by the military aircraft export systems both of China and of Chengdu Aircraft Industrial (Group) Corporation. This essay also proposed reforming direction of China's military aircraft export system in accordance with market orientation. This essay also analyzed the current military aircraft export purchasing system and its operating model by making use of comparative advantage analysis principle as a tool,and then established a new military aircraft export system which suits the market economy environment,follows the market orientation principle,makes the manufacturers of military aircraft be able to make- best use of their comparative advantages and takes the special export agency system as its operating model. Feasibility analysison this new system and its operating model was conducted.The study on military export system reform and its operating model is still at the beginning stage in China because of its strong policy colour. The job this essay has done in this field is of certain theoretical and realistic meaning to the development of China's military aircraft export.
