Research On Paishanlou Gold Mine Development Strategy

Paishanlou Gold Mine is a modern large-scale gold entreprise combining ore excavating, dressing and smelting into a whole. Applying the basic theories and approaches of enterprise strategy management, considering the real conditions in Paishanlou Gold Mine and based on comprehensive analysis, the thesis put forward a practical and feasible strategic goal, on the basis of which the corporation strategy, managing unit strategy and function strategy are designed in levels. Meanwhile, the thesis explores and studuied the measures to ensure the realization of the strategic goals.??? It is expected that the study of the problem will be beneficial to the future development of Paishanlou Gold Mine. Because of the limited conditions, the analysis is, however, qualitative and preliminary. Further and deep level study of the problems concerned should be the direction of future efforts.
