Innovation On The Theory Of The Party

After the Third Plenum of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the New Period began for the socialist construction. Reform and Opening-up is the most distinctive feature of the New Period. It is a great innovating practice by the whole Chinese under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. Since the foundation, our Party has always been taking Marxism as the guide of our action. We have always been seeking the truth from the facts, uniting theory with practice, and we have taken shape of the theory of our Party and have always been making it more abundant and more perfect by summing up the experience of our revolution and construction. We have formed new theory of our Party on base of our practice; and the new theory may work as the guide for our new practice to develop in depth. The practice of Reform and Opening-up needs the guide of theory; especially being an innovating practice, it needs the guide of an innovating theory.As an all-round and complicated process of innovation, it involves theory, system, science and technology, culture, and etc. Among all these, the innovation of theory on base of practice is the precursor for social development and reform. To promote the innovation of system, science and technology, culture and etc. through the innovation of theory should be the right way for our Party to administer our country and our Party. We should explore our ways through practice, never being self-satisfied or slacking off.In the course of leading the whole Chinese in building the Characteristic Socialism of China, the second-generation and the third-generation leading group of the Committee of the Chinese Communist Party have raised a series of scientific thesis on the innovations of theory, system, science and technology, culture and etc. These theses are rich in content, involving almost all the aspectsin the course of Chinese Characteristic Socialism. There are some certain logical relations between the theses, so they form a scientific ideological system. As a result, the Innovation Theory of the CCP In the New Period came into being.
